The full job: repairs first, broken tiles swapped out, ridge caps re-bedded and re-pointed, then a high-pressure clean, primer and two coats. An old roof that stops ageing the whole house.
Washed back, primed and finished in two coats of quality coating. Solar panels covered before a drop is sprayed. We are registered with Dulux and work with Dulux Acratex, Nutech and Shieldcoat systems.
New Colorbond roofing supplied and installed, and tile-to-metal conversions. Steeline and Metroll product, laid straight, flashed properly and screwed off to spec.
Insulation installed or replaced while the roof is open — the cheapest time to do it. Canberra winters and summers both get easier, and it is done before the sheets go back on.
New guttering, downpipes and fascia, plus gutterguard to stop the leaf load. Straight lines, correct fall, and the old ones cleaned out while we are up there.
When the mortar starts crumbling into your gutters, the ridge caps are letting go. We re-bed and re-point with flexible pointing so it moves with the roof instead of cracking off.
Rafters, battens, sarking, eaves and fascia timber. If the structure underneath needs attention, we can do that too rather than sending you off to find a chippie.
